Orders with standard shipping are dispatched within 1-3 business days and sent via our selected courier. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Occasionally, we may need to route an order to a producer in a different country from yours. This decision is based on factors such as product availability, production capacity, and logistics considerations.
